At Begawan Biji, we cook with what the land provides—no fixed menu, just a multi-course experience shaped by the day’s harvest and prepared over open fire.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, which our chef will pair with a seasonal, fire-cooked menu tailored to its character. In collaboration with sommeliers from The Legian, Potato Head, Mason, and Apéritif, this is a dining experience where wine and fire meet in perfect harmony.
