An Indonesian Thanksgiving Feast
This Thanksgiving, Begawan Biji honours gratitude for the land, the farmers, and the people who share the table.
Inspired by Indonesia’s selamatan and harvest traditions, we bring together the spirit of giving thanks, through a sharing-style feast filled with local flavors, roasted organic chicken, farm-fresh vegetables, and desserts inspired by the harvest. A table to share, a feast to remember.

Starters

SAYUR URAP GARDEN HARVEST
warm coconut-scented vegetable salad, crispy tempe, turmeric soy.

SMOKED CORN RIBS
fresh harvest, smoked with coconut husk,hint of chili oil, garlic.

LEMONGRASS FROG LEG
chargrilled with palm sugar glaze, kaffir lime,lemon grass relish.

MAINS

WHOLE ROAST ORGANIC CHICKEN
marinated wood oven roasted  “bumbu panggang, sambal matah,  ginger torch sambal.

JACK FRUIT STEW
local aromatic spices, coconut broth.

LONG BEANS
grilled, crispy garlic, chilli, sour cream.

BAKED EGGPLANT
sambal balado, tofu sauce, kemangi

COCONUT MANSUR HERITAGE RICE
fragrant coconut, turmeric leaf.

DESSERTS

CARROT CAKE
cinnamon, cream cheese frosting, nuts, candied carrots.

PUMPKIN PIE
farm pumpkin, cinnamon, palm sugar, coconut cream.

GINGER RICE COOKIE
house-baked cookies, infused ginger, crunch of roasted rice.
