An Indonesian Thanksgiving Feast
This Thanksgiving, Begawan Biji honours gratitude for the land, the farmers, and the people who share the table.
Inspired by Indonesia’s selamatan and harvest traditions, we bring together the spirit of giving thanks, through a sharing-style feast filled with local flavors, roasted organic chicken, farm-fresh vegetables, and desserts inspired by the harvest. A table to share, a feast to remember.
Starters
SAYUR URAP GARDEN HARVEST
warm coconut-scented vegetable salad, crispy tempe, turmeric soy.
SMOKED CORN RIBS
fresh harvest, smoked with coconut husk,hint of chili oil, garlic.

At Begawan Biji, we cook with what the land provides—no fixed menu, just a multi-course experience shaped by the day’s harvest and prepared over open fire.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, which our chef will pair with a seasonal, fire-cooked menu tailored to its character. In collaboration with sommeliers from The Legian, Potato Head, Mason, and Apéritif, this is a dining experience where wine and fire meet in perfect harmony.
